You don't say where you're from but is English your first language? I think not, if it is, then I suggest you stay in your current school and keep studying - UGH. Exchange Programs exist around the globe that place foreign students with host families and attend local schools. Not International Schools. These programs are sponsored by lots of different Organizations such as The Rotary Club. These organizations often provide a stipend to the host family but they would certainly not be expected to pay your tuition for an International School, which would be several thousand dollars per semester. So you would certainly need your own money and your "real family" would be required to support you. No you can't find a job without a proper visa and going to high school will not provide you any sense of the legal way to find a job. "Live your whole life"? That makes no sense so I'll leave you with these words - stay in school in your own country as REAL Japan is not a freaking anime book.

An international school is nothing like a normal Japanese high school. Yes, you have to pay and you will have to pay your host family for looking after you. High school is from 15 to 18. You'll need a lot of money, a host family, Japanese language skills and very understanding, rich and generous parents before you can think of applying for a visa. This is all pie in the sky stuff. You are very young and have yet to learn how the world really works. Why do you want to go to Japan so much? Anime and manga is it? Japan is nothing like these fictional works. Nothing like them.

okay.. my brother will be going to work in japan soon and live there cuz he really likes it and yeah hes gonna work for an entertainment as a trainer so i think i can help!!! well, you will have to take money with you to buy stuff and if you'r an exchange student the school will have to pay!! but if your normal you will have to pay for everything!!! and you can work!! in japan the part-time job is 8$ per hour!! so if you work part-time and study in the same time you can save and have fun!! and the family you stay with will pay for food i think!! goodluck!!
