What are sme cheap 1 year exchange programs to japan?

• Yes, I'm only 15 in the 10th grade. I'm a brat right now, but Exchange programs are made for brats like me. My school has no exchange programs so...yeah..Anyway, my grandmother is Japanese and lives there somewhere. But sadly I don't know her or anything about her. I was hoping to find her and the family she lives with while over there, but thats beside the point. What are some fair priced 1 year (or more) exchanged programs? And please tell me the prices. My parents will allow me to go if I'm able to stick to learning the language, my grades are good, and if they know the program is safe. I'd love to be with a family with kids my age. Who wants to be alone right? But whatever. It doesn't matter as long as it's a good program with a fair price(1 year or more....or less is fine if the price is better). Thanks guys!
