    a taxi is going to be the most expensive way possible to make the trip, you would be best served by taking the JR-Narita Express or Jr Narita line: Express: Travel time would be about 40 minutes from when the train leaves. Fare would be 2940 yen. For non Express service: travel time is approx 90 minutes but the fare would be lower but I didn't find information on that. Bus service to Chiba. Keisei bus to Chiba Chuo Station, 1200 yen, to kaihin makuhari station 1100 yen, takes about 80-100 minutes. Airport Limousine bus service, I can't find a stop for them. but they probably have one. Taxis would run you around 20,000 yen (almost 200 bucks) There are many travel assistance booths in the airport to help you get where you are going, and I may have overlooked a number of ways to get there. so take anything I suggest with a grain of salt, as there may (and probably is) a cheaper/easier way to get there. A taxi would probably cost you minimum 10,000 yen since taxis are extremely expensive.
