How to live and work in Japan?

How can i live in japan when i have residance but don't have work and house ?

    I'm sorry, but I doubt that Japanese tour companies will hire a non-Japanese person for Japanese tours. They will hire a real Japanese person first, who can speak Japanese fluently.

You won't be allowed to live in Japan if you don't have a job. They won't let you have a visa for living in Japan if you don't have either a job, or relatives that live in Japan. Perhaps you have a tourist visa? In which case, it's illegal for you to work while in Japan. You need to be more clear about your situation if you want us to give you better advice than that!
