What would you think about copying ideas for commerce?

  • What would you think about people those copy the names and the characteristics of products or ideas(such as the manga comics or the disney characters) come from other people's ideas for making money? The copies look almost same as the original ones while using almost same names. And, why is there no law to prevent people from copying other people's ideas and using it for their commerce in China? Is there really no copyright on Chinese products, ideas, musics or films??

    good point... china needs to develop fast... though they have laws to fulfill the requirements of WTO but there's no implementation... government does not care... cheap copy...more money...is all that they concerned with... :P .
