What are good camps for a 13-year-old?

There are Palestine refugee camps, but no Tibetan refugee camps, why ?

• I thought it would be as many as those Palestine refuge camps for the Tibetans. But I could not. (But there are 16 refugee camps in Lebanon; 10 in Syria; a dozen in Jordan; etc, etc. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestinian_refugee_camps#cite_note-npr-1) Why there is no refugee camps for the Tibetans. Are they self-exiled ?

  The difference is the Palestinians after 60 years still live in refugee camps in the neighboring countries, whereas the Tibetans after severe hardships during the initial years in India (when thousands of Tibetan refugees died from diseases, malnutrition and physical hardships, each aggravated by the hot climate which was extremely different from the mountain climate they were used to), more and more have built up a new, organized everyday life in India. There are still many problems, especially for the newly arrived (there are still thousands of Tibetans who flee Chinese-controlled Tibet every year), and for the elderly refugees who have difficulty to build up a new life in a new country, but generally, the Tibetans have been far more successful in transforming their difficult situation into a normal life than the Palestinians. One of the reasons is of course that the Tibetan refugees arrived in a democracy which actually helped them settle, whereas the Palestinians to a great extent live in despotic dictatorships which don't help them settle and integrate in their new homeland. That's probably the main reason so many of them still, after 60 years, live as newly arrived refugees in subhuman standard refugee camps.
