Is there any online (youth) community for Overseas Chinese : )?

Hey, I'm a Chinese girl, living in the Netherlands. Okay, half Singaporean as well. I do speak Chinese but I have trouble reading and writing and I have been looking for quite a long time whether there is a place online where I can speak to other overseas Chinese of my age (16, 17, 18, 19, something like that ^^ ). I know chinasmack.com, that's fun, but I would love to be able to connect with other overseas Chinese as well, just to discuss little things and share stories, tips, anything ; ).

make some Chinese high school friends online, most of them use QQ. i think there are a lot of students here wanna improve their English with overseas friends, they are also happy with teaching you Chinese.
