How long will it take my package to get here when it says BEIJING EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP?

  • I ordered something last Monday, June 21st. I need it by tomorrow Wednesday, June 30. But I don't know if its going to come in in time. The tracking says Foreign International Dispatch, June 26, 2010, 12:33 am, BEIJING EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP Origin Post is Preparing Shipment Foreign Acceptance, June 25, 2010, 3:35 pm How much longer should it take, they said it was suppost to be only 7 buisness days.

    Well, you didn't mention your current location, which could explain the situation by itself. Where I live, it's pretty normal to add at least a few working days to the standard estimation. My own experience with package deliveries from/to Beijing & Shanghai is about 10/12 days (I live in Europe). Of course this can vary dramatically in certain times of the year, but this moment isn't particularly difficult. Most likely you'll get it very soon, if you haven't already.

I'd say 10 to 15 days was normal. It's probably already in your country and being held up in customs.
