Go to the IFC in Central. It's a huge shopping mall, very well laid out, and all types of shops there. Alternatively, you could take a trip to Stanley, great markt place. Another place would be Temple Street night market, a well known street market, with loads of stalls selling just about anything, including fake designer stuff. Only opens in the evenings.
