Can a Peruvian go to North Korea?

Can Chinese visit north Korea then afterward go back to china and then visit South Korea? ?

Yes! As someone have mentioned, you just need the appropriate visas. There are regular flights between Beijing and the capital of North Korea and ofcourse, numerous flights between China and South Korea. China's relations with both North and South Korea are pretty close I think. No problem for a Chinese to visit both.
