Is transit visa required to visit HongKong for Indian Passport holders ?

I am planning to take a break in Hongkong during my journey from bangalore to sydney. I am an Indian passport holder. Do I need to apply for transit or tourist visa for visiting hong kong. I am planning to go out of the airport to visit disney land for 3 days.
