Is it possible to watch Chinese TV shows online?

  • I am in China and just got addicted to a TV show on CETV 3. Unfortunately, I'll be gone in a week and won't be able to catch the final 4 episodes. Does anyone know if I can find some kind of website where I can find this show online? Thanks!

You can watch live TV online via several P2PTV service. Two well known are: tvants.com and Sopcast They work also on slow PCs, but you will need at least broadband.

www.tudou.com is probably the most used in watching TV and movies on line in China

Many satellite services (DirecTV for example) have CCTV channels. Cable services in large cities may have them, too.
