Why are all the restaurants closed on V day?

Which shops department stores restaurants shopping malls etc r open n which r closed CNY day 1,2,3,4?

    In major cities like Beijing, Shanghai most bigger restaurants, shopping malls will be opened as usual. And the price during the CNY is gonna be higher. Some small restaurants will probably be closed for several days(usually 3 days).
