Food poisoning in china.?

so ive gotten food poisoning once again in china, ive had crazy diarrhea all day, from what i am not even sure. i took medicine to stop it, and now i still have stomach pain, **** is solid, painful, and best of all, very bloody. If i feel better tomorrow, or my stool stops having blood, should i still go to the doctor tomorrow regardless? or is this just typical part of chinese life?

I had duarrhea almost everytime after having buffets in hotels in the Mainland and they're all 5 star hotels. The kitchen haven't trained the assistant chefs probably, most likely they cut sushi, cold meat and fruits with dirty knives. You should see a docter, having blood could mean something else.

If there is blood in your stool, I suggest you go see a doctor ASAP, as this could result in further complications and/or hidden problems like bleeding ulcers. I got food poisoning a few times in China and concluded it was some type of mushroom that gave it to me. Not sure though if it was the larger ones or the thin white ones, so I just avoided them completely. GO SEE A DOCTOR!

Sounds like a serious case of amoeba contaminated food, I would recommend anti-bacterial pills such as amoxicillin. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. If the bloodiness doesn't subside then I would suggest seeing a doctor, and probably give you a stronger antibiotic.

please check yourself in to the hospital/clinic immediately! You don't want blood in your stool! Eat some really mild/bland food like congee. Get an IV drip seriously
