Vegetarian food in Beijing?

Why are all the photos of "Unusual Food of Beijing" all out of focus?

• Tonight I clicked the "Camel's Feet is popular" link from aol.com mainpage. Why do all the photos seem SLIGHTLY either out of focus or "dizzying"? Most photos, at least don't help make Chinese food look very good in Beijing....... done intentionally or the editors screwing with somebody?

  They could be fake or that they have been done that way in order to mislead. To be honest I know China has a lot of strange food but by Chinese standards its the first time I have heard of Camels foot. I recall the fuss about one of PETA videos in which they showed a clip of a cat with an old computer serial port on its head, pretending that it had undergone surgery. The thing is nowadays people use USB ports. It was later found out that some members had glued the port to the cats head. Although most photos, videos are true they have been found out on several times showing untrue or faked videos.
