Does anyone know the best/cheapest way to ship a big box from China to Canada?

So I've been living here a few months and obviously bought way too much stuff and now I know I'm going to be over the weight limit for United Airlines. Does anyone know a good and cheap relliable company I should go with for this, or should I just go to China post? Does anyone have experience as to how much this cost them? The box would probably be around 20kg (also I don't HAVE the box yet...so it be better if the carrier supplied them...) thanks!

Surface (sea) mail via China Post is the least expensive, but it's not cheap. It takes 1 to 4 months for delivery.

China Post sells boxes and tape. Send it by ocean if you are trying to save money or by EMS if you need it there in a hurry. The lady at the counter can give you prices but you will need to bring a person who can translate for you.

Yes China Post is good and cheap. The last time I was there I shipped home a big box of various items without any problem.
