What's the hotel cost in Hong Kong?

I need to know how much it will cost me for 5 days in Hong Kong?

  • I need to go to Hong Kong and want to stay near the Hong Kong Convention Center. I need two seperate rooms and require that the hotel be with American Standards. Can someone tell me how much I should expect to pay for a) Hotel stay for 5 nights per room-mid priced business hotel & luxury b) Eating out - fast food, sit down lunch, best restaurants for dinner meeting.... c) Anything else one would do on travel. I appreciate any help. P.S. - Should I take a lot of cash or will I be okay with credit cards?
