Is there a Forever 21 in Hong Kong?

So Ive order something from eBay but it's in hong kong. I've order that since (dec 21 2011 and it has'nt come?

    You ordered it at the busiest time of year with 2 holidays in that time period. When you order anything from overseas, you cannot expect it to be delivered like you had ordered it from within U.S. You need to allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It has to go thru customs, and that can easily take 2 weeks.
