Some wrong answers here. Prostitution is legal in Hong Kong. Girls which get caught by police get charged with either visa violations (since most are foreigners or from China) or with "soliciting". Nobody ever got charged for prostitution - as it's legal. At night you can find (illegal) street walkers in Temple St. or some in TST East. It's usually China girls that do some illegal trade. Another way is go to http://www.sex141.com and check for some addresses and just go there. Some are legal (means from Hong Kong), most are not (from China). Rates are advertised there.
