Where is foreign affairs in dubai?

I got job in dubai,for that i need to get my Degree(BE) certificate attested by some of the depts in delhi.?

  • I got a job in Dubai.for that i need to get my Degree certificate(BE) attested by 1.Ministry of Education 2.HRD Home Minister 3.Ministry of external affairs. 4.Ministry of Foreign affairs. & 5.UAE consolate. All these departments are in Delhi.Can anyone pls guide me on this.What are all the documents i need to carry along with my degree certificate?. How many days it takes in Delhi to get these works done? Where are these departments located in Delhi(Address)? What will be the approximate cost for doing these works in Delhi.? Before doing these i need to go to belgam (karnataka) to my university(vishweshwaraiah technological university) I agree its a big question.Please give me a bit detailed information.cos am totally blind on these works.

    i have no idea murali for this question. its better to hand it over to some agency as u will spend more time and money searching and traveling then the agency charges
