Is DUBAI good for IT professionals?

Got frustrated by a Dubai firm, someone kindly guide me know how to get a good paying job in Dubai?

• I worked in Dubai as a salesman with a small outfit early this year, after a shortwhile, I got a job with a college as a tuitor, before taking on the job, I had to exi to renew my visa, I came back and found my position taken. In October, I also got another job with a new software manufacturing company, when my visa expired, they told me to exit so that they renew my visa for me. I have waited for days only to learn from them that they replaced me. Someone please come to my aid and help me know how I can secure a good job in Dubai with no such inconveniences that I experienced. Currently am in my country Kenya awaiting to renew my visa and head back to Dubai early next month

Look for a job through i.e. http://www.startpagedubai.com/jobs.htm Next time make sure that you come into the UAE on an employment visa which will be changed into a residence visa.There is no need for leaving the country. The residence visa is always good for 3 years and renewable without leaving the country. Take care and all the best.
