I replaced my uae driving licence in bahrain.now i am in uae. i need old uae licence.how i can get?

I got UAE-sharjah driving licence year of 2001. I went Bahrain 2005, on that time i replaced my UAE licence to BAHRAIN licence,In bahrain trafic cancel my UAE licence. NOW i am in UAE, I want to get back my old UAE driving licence. what is the procedure?

You can go to the Traffic departement in the Emirates you issued first, and ask them to re issue it to you, it will stay valid for 10 years, you can not use the Bahrini DL here, check this http://abudhabiliving.net/search/node/driving%20license

what I have heard is that if you have the details of the old license you can get the new license without hassle. any how you will have to approach the licensing authority of ministry of interior, traffic. why dont you contact them and get the correct information. good luck

but what I know is that if you have a driving license from one of the GCC countries ( oman , Qatar Bahrain, UAE kuwait saudia) it is vaild in all of them.. no need for change ..
