What level of degree, or qualifications do you need to practice as a counsellor/psychologist in dubai, u.a.e??

I want to go to dubai and practice as counsellor or psychologist, i am currently in education but unsure what level of educational qualifications are required by the government. In the Uk it differs so i need help? i have heard one may need a phd? please help I know that i can work under someone with a bachelors degree, but what if i want to open my own practice what level of degree do i need then many thanks

Why not be a practitioner first to a well known and established clinic then after a few months or years depending on your network - you can then set-up your own?
