Is there a way to get skype messenger on mobile web without downloading anything?

I need to call my family in Afghanistan and Dubai, is there any way i can do it free?

• my family lives in Afghanistan/Dubai and i have to call them everyday, but that is just wasting my money. Is there any way i can do it PC to Phone, like are there any good FREE VOIP downloads or web sites? My family doesn't like to use PC to PC phone calls like Skype or Yahoo Messenger, so i cant do that. Are there any ideas, it doesant have to be a PC to Phone it just has to be a FREE way i can get to my families Phones. P.S. i live in the USA. THANK YOU

  Does your family have high speed internet service on their PC? If they do, buy a MagicJack with a number in your local area, and then send it to them. Then, they can plug it into their PC, plug a phone into it, and you guys can call each other for free whenever you want to. Once you have a Magicjack, you can take it anywhere in the world, plug it into a computer with high speed internet service, and call the US and Canada for free. The MagicJack doesn't know it's not still in the US, and it doesn't care. I've used mine all over the world to make and receive phone calls, and it works great.
