How can I get mission visa?

I am working in UAE with Mission visa which valid till 03-05-08. how can i get work permit now? pl let me know

  Your company has to apply for your work permit, your labour contract and your labour card. If this is done, they can apply for your residence visa. All costs regarding these contracts, permits and visas have to be paid by the employer and are not deductable from the salary. AED3,100 refundable bank guarantee for ‘indemnity bond’ per employee. Let your company know that by law the salaries have to be transerred to an employee's bank account since January 08.
