I'd understand Etisalat if they block websites that are really inappropriate but blocking websites like orkut is nonsense. What's next, are they gonna open our mails and check to see if we're sending inappropriate messages and pics or block our emails altogether. Why punish all when only a few miscreants are to blam?

if u r in a reagion served by etisalat then there is no legal way to go for blocked sites . but if u r in a reagion served by DU company then its open and free .
