How can I get a visa to visit Kenya?

Can I get the Visit Visa for Sharjah or Abu Dhabi?

  • When I was in Dubai on visit visa I signed an offer letter and gave my document copies to one of the employer but then I got back to Pakistan as my visit visa expired. And I informed the employer that I can't join your company for some personal reasons and they agreed. Now when I applied for visit visa(dubai) so it was refused then I checked so one of my friend told me that, this company took my Labour Approval which has already expired by 16 July 2009, But I never understand that y my visit visa refused bcoz I don't have any visa yet and I never signed any labour contract. (May be bcoz of this approval already taken, even it's expired). In this situation can I apply for Sharjah or Abu Dhabi Visit Visa?? How can I resolve this problem when that Company is not cooperating with me?? Thanks.

  • Answer:

the employer can only apply for a work visa for you , they have no control over other type of visas. It is unlikely to get approved for a visit visa the 2nd time for the same reason , and the fact that many people from Pakistan want to come to UAE makes a long waiting list. There was news they stopped issuing visit visas to 3 countries Pakistan was one of which. You just have to get in touch with your employer and find out what happened from them , then go based on that. The visas are UAE wide so no point of trying thru another emirate , it will go thru the same system.
