How long do you have to wait after your 1st telephone interview?

• I'm currently living in the UK. I have had a telephone interview (1st time) with a company in Abu Dhabi about a week ago, since then I haven't heard from them. They asked me a list of questions and we talked about salary and benefits and it's for a management role. How long do you think i would have to wait before they get back to me? And normally how long is the whole process takes from 1st interview to job offer? Many thanks.

  From company to company the timings differ. To get the accurate answer to your question you should have asked the company. There are companies that reply maximum within one month.. and some if they don't require you wont even call back... I have heard that sometimes they call even after months... But if it is a well-known company then perhaps they would call you within 2-3 weks
