Can i get a uae work permit visa for someone even if he had not got any job in uae ?

    You can bring him on a visit or on residence visa. It is purely legal. There is no human trafficking in this. That guy must be crazy or high. Forget it. Bring him to UAE and let him search for a job here. Cheers.

What you are planning to do is 100% illegal. Its called Human Trafficking or Visa Trading! A complete NO - NO in any part of the world. If the person gets caught he will be made to sing like a canary and reveal all he knows and that will surely jeopardize your living and livelihood in the UAE or the GCC for that matter. Please don't get yourself involved in these things and adhere to the laws of the land - you actually are promoting an already low rating of the UAE when it comes to Trafficking in persons. Agreed that it may be difficult for the person in Pakistan to earn a livelihood but this is certainly a short cut to a long drive back home with no option to return. Plus whenever a Pakistani or Indian or PI citizen leaves for employment outside of their respective countries, that person needs to register with the overseas labor office and get a clearance certificate!! "Intent of anything else apart from the purpose of visa issued amounts to Visa Trading / Human Trafficking". Get your facts straight.... dont post mis leading information.
