How can i get uae nationality?

  • My father was living at emirate ajman. He recently has passed away 21-06-2001.He was the nationality holder of UAE.My all brother's and sister's are nationality holder of UAE too. My all brother's and sister's have been living in UAE. But I'm living in karachi pakistan only. My name is in also UAE nationality data record. Moreover, i want to know, that can i apply for the UAE passport so that after period of a time. I could live in UAE like my all brother's and sister's too. if it can be possible in accordance with the law of the UAE then i shall be obliged for this kindness. Sir, as expected, having considered on my application you do will lead in a proper way.

    Every child born in the UAE will receive automatically the father's nationality. If your father was an Emirati national (I doubt) when you were born, you are an Emirati also and are entiteld to an UAE passport, but there is no dual citizenship in the UAE. If your father was a Pakistani, you are a Pakistani, too. How does it come you do not know your nationality? What does your birth certificate say? Don't you have a passport? To make a long story short, I assume you are a Pakistani because otherwise you would not live Pakistan.

no you cant get a citizenshiip but you might be able to get visa and since your pakistani, you should have high level education to even get the visa

Yes you can get nationality as your father had UAE nationality,don't listen to others because they themselves don't have UAE nationality that's why they are a bit jealous you know...I assume your mother was pakistani and you were living with your maternal grand parents,You can have nationality as you say they have record of your nationality data.Good Luck
