What are the Requirements for processing of Work permit in Abu Dhabi?

• I have been working with Company No.1 in abu dhabi for 2 years and things were not soing great. Then I got a job offer from this company No. 2 in Abu dhabi and they processed my employment permit since I have submitted all the necessary documents like NOC from previous employer COMPANY No. 1 and etc. however after 2 weeks the company decided NOT to pursue my employment but they already have the approved work permit but appropriately cancelled immediately. Now my problem starts, I have this new offer from COMPANY no. 3 but the work permit application has been rejected by labor office in abu dhabi since I have pending work permit from COMPANY No. 2. what requirements do I need to submit that I should get from COMPANY No. 2? Do I need to get the cancelled work permit? what are the particular documents so this company no. 3 can process my work permit?

  It seems that you receive the automatically imposed 6 month work ban when Company 2 cancelled your work permit. Regarding the law you have to stay with a current employer for at least one year. The "non completing one year fees" do not apply in Abu Dhabi. Didn't you receive any offer letter or work contract from Company 2? Why didn't Company 2 transfer sponsorship to Company 3 and paid the transfer fees? For sure you need a NoC from Company 2. All the best.
