Best countries to work abroad as a nurse?

Iam a Nurse working in Tamil Nadu. I want to work in Gulf country under the Ministry of Health.?

I want to work in gulf countries like Kuwait, Saudi, Dubai, UAE, Oman etc,. I want the address or contact details to apply for the Ministry of Health to attend the test. At present I am working in Tamil Nadu (chennai) as a nurse. Thank You
