Are Filipino doctors competitive abroad?

What is the trend for filipino doctors in the UAE?

I'm a GP from the Phils and i'll be arriving this summer under daughter visa.i'd like to know how filipino doctors (GPs ) in particular are faring. I intend to take the MOH/HAAD exam once i get settled. are there any residency training programs that i can enter into like OB Gyn or Occupational Medicine especially since i am foreign trained? how much is the salary range? thank u so much
