Can i Find a job in the UAE if i go there with a Visit Visa?

When i came to UAE 4years ago, i had a visit visa and in a months time i had a job. I had to exit the country so that i could come in with the company visa. Things have changed a little bit but i still see many people coming with Visit visas and getting jobs. With the recession employment has been put on hold by some companies but that doesn't mean you should not try. You can also go through employment agencies and websites.
