• Nationality : Indian I would like to bring my sister to Dubai. Can I bring her on Visit visa if, my labour contract shows minimum salary as 4000/- Dhs and my bank salary statement shows 5500/- Or if I go for tourist visa what r the requirements for obtaining it? I know that the tourist Visa entitles its holder to 30 dayz stay. But I can I renew it? Can I renew it for more 30 days or it is non-renewable. I need to know the latest rules for acquiring tourist visa. Please Help.

  Hi, if it is your blood relation sister,you can bring your sister here under your sponsorship. if you have a minimum salary of 4000.00 you can apply for visit visa with certain conditions. you may have to deposit some amount ( may be 2000.00) to immigration, which will be refundable upon exit your sister from the country. you have to produce an attested copy of your labout contract, and they will only accept what salary mentioned on labour contract. they wont accept any other documents about your salary. if you go for tourist visa, which you have to pay extra money to the travel agency,which is normally valid for one month. on visit visa you are not allowed to work any where. documents: you have to go to any typing center, type an application for visit visa, you have to provide passport copies of yours and your sister's, and copy of your labour contract, and photo graph of your sister. go and submit application to any emigration office, and get visit visa. once you have visit visa please contact with air line and arrange ticket, it must be a return air ticket
