We are planning to move to Dubai?

I live in NJ USA and Iwe are moving to dubai end of May, I have a child who is in 3rd grade and going to 4th next year. iam planning to addmit her into the Al Mawakeb school in Duabi, they are asking for I will paste it here (Outside U.A.E.: Original Transfer Certificate from previous school - translated to English or Arabic - and legalized from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & U.A.E. Embassy in the country of origin.) I dont even know where those places are, I really need help please guide me if you have any info regarding transfering a kid from usa to dubai thanks And if anyone knows if thats a good school?

Yes that is a good school - you are best contacting your local embassy they can advise you also if you have a job here or your partner does the company person sorting you visa etc out should be able to advise you too. Good Luck just remember nothing is ever simple here!

That's standard procedure for registering in a UAE school. Try the UAE embassy in Washington. Mawakeb school good enough.

I just checked with one of my work mates and she says this is a good school. Sorry, I don't have children, so I don't know about all that, but it does sound a little excessive. Good Luck!!
