How can I get mission visa?

What is Mission Visa? How easy to get it in compare to work visa?

This year UAE govt. have introduced Mission Visa. What is the maximum tenure of this visa? How many days it takes to get this visa? How it differs from employment visa? If someone's emp. visa is under process, can he or his employer can apply for a mission visa parrallely?
Answer:

The Misson visa is good for 6 months and costs the employer Dhs 1.200. This visa is for companies (mainly oil companies) which want to employ people just for a short time. Companies have to apply for this kind of visa separatly. Sorry for not knowing how long this visa takes. The diffenerce between an employment visa and a misson visa: employment visa is good for 3 years, the mission visa only for 6 months, If sombody's employment visa is under process the sponsor can not apply for a mission visa the same time. t
