Tourist Visa for Oman for Indian national living in UAE

I am 19 year old Indian National currently on my father's residence visa living in UAE and I wish to obtain a tourist visa for Oman. My father lives in India and I live here with my mother. I was told that I have to obtain the tourist visa for Oman from the Oman commercial office in bur dubai however I do need my father's N.O.C letter, his passport copy and his trading license. Can anyone tell me the exact requirements for obtaining tourist visa for Oman for an Indian national with UAE residence visa?
