What does a production engineer do?

Am working as production engineer in dubai since 2months andnow i want to leave this job,what will betheresult?

• Am working as a production engineer in dubai since 2 months and now i want leave this company and want to go back my home..recently my visa got stamped on my passport,if i leave the job, do i need to pay anything for employer/he will deduct my salary..am on probation period for 3 months and my contract is for 3 years...please advice

  If your contract states that you are entitled to resign without notice during probation, you can do so. As regards compensation to the employer, it depends on the terms mentioned in the contract. Worse case, your employer is entitled to be compensated, employer does not have to pay for your relocation costs and you will receive a one year ban by not fulfilling your contract. Nobody knows your work contract better than you. Please read it.
