How to go about finding mid salary range type jobs in Dubai rather than exec/manager type positions?

  • Hi, I'm from the UK and I'm currently looking at job prospects in Dubai. I'm finding the job hunting process in Dubai a bit daunting and confusing. I can't really work out where's best to look for work or how people generally find work in Dubai. Are the any recruitment companies that you can actually physically visit, rather than just on-line, where you can perhaps talk to somebody about the type of jobs/positions you are interested in finding? I'm finding a lot of online recruitment agencies catering for more executive/managerial positions, With salaries of 20,000 AED + Does anybody know of many recruitment agencies or anywhere else that perhaps cater for more mid carer/office admin type jobs, with salaries more in the region of 8,000 - 10,000 AED? Any ideas, help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    System of wastas not sites find a uae local they will sort out that for u with click of hand they don't use sites n things there lol actually they don't even get post if wana finish somthing they go to the office directly and you should be aiming much higher as a grad and brit as least 5 'k pound a month to begin

They also have offices in Dubai Airport Free Zone, IQ Selection, 901/902 Park Place, Sheikh Zayed Road, Kershaw Leonard, Emarat Atrium building on Sheikh Zayed Road, just before Safa Park interchange etc., etc. As a Briton with your qualification you don't fit into the salary range of AED 8K - AED 10K. Mid career jobs or office administrative jobs with this kind of salary will mostly be giving to other nationalities who have even more experience than you. Try to contact companies directley, especially western ones. Good luck!
