What are the consequences of not planning effectively?

Let say you are planning to bring your family here how you will take following steps and the consequences?

  • 1-collect all the doc and submit 2-get a residency contract approved by land department? (But what if you did not get the visa and now paying the rent for next three months according to the agreement) 3-after getting the visa call them here and go for medical (what if they became fail and your family need to go back) 4-so how you plan this transition Thanks just share your expertise what you will do first and last

  • Answer:

    1) get your residemce contract approved 2) collect the docs and submit (get a bunch of passport pictures, passport copies and NoCs in advance) 3) get health insurance, pay deposit and apply for their visas 4) scan visas and send them to your wife. 5) leave original visas 1 hr prior arrival at Immigration desk at the Airport (your wife should print the scanned visas out and take them with her) 5) apply for visa change 6) do medical 7) apply for residence visas Get some files for each family member containing. Pictures, attested marriage certificate (wife), passport copies (their's and your's), your salary certificate, NoC allowing you to sponsor family, health cards. That way all docs come handy and are complete in advance already. Makes things easier. There are only 3 reasons why our family's visas would be denied. 1) you don't fulfil the requirements (you should know) 2) your employer don't provide NoC 3) your wife will be diagnosed with Aids/HIV or Hep You can clear all 3 "reasons" in advance and don't worry about a thing and loosing money. To think about all possibilities in advance isn't negative. Better save than sorry. Good luck!

1-Ok. 2-Why would you not get the family visa??? Even if you don't,you still need a place to live alone...anyway! 3-Why would they fail the medical test??? You mean your wife could have TB or HIV+ve??? 4- a) collect all the documents and submit. b) receive the original visa and send it to family via courier. c) they reach Dubai airport, get the eye scan done and come out. d) take the medical test. e) apply for residence visa. Why do you think negatively about everything? edit: sorry, not sure about fax or scanned copy! I'm saying coz my visa was sent original to me via courier .I remember I was not leaving the house for anything just in case the courier guy came and no one was there to receive :)
