Dubai Employment visa delays?

  • Hi I had got an offer in January from an organization in one of the Dubai Free zone. I had to exit the country in February as my existing visa had expired. I have submitted all the necessary documents for the employment visa to the organization about one month back and haven't received the visa yet. When I contacted the organization they had told me that its still in process. I had to join more than one month back and I'm still worried that the visa has not come. Have the following queries regarding this Presently are there any delays in issuing the employment visa by Dubai immigration? This month March is the financial quarter ending is the delay because of that? Is there any other problems presently? Additional Details: I'm an Indian national and have lived in UAE for 2 years and have also visited the country 7 times earlier there has been no issues in the visa,entry or overstay. May I know what will be the best solution in the above case. Thanks SR

    Issuing Employment visa no problem here.All the month visa procedure is same.March no problem. From the govt.side no problem here right now. Other possibilities are with the company.Several reason they canot issue visa or it will be delayed. Eg.If Commercial Licence is expired it should be renewed first. 2 , Any govt.fines are there or any courts cases that should be settled. 3 . Visa quoto will be completed.So any visa cancellation process will b there.That should be finished.4. PRO will be on leave.So he should rejoin. It month late and they say it is under process,means u had better wait little more.I observe if the co.dont wish to give u visa and ur in home country,they can tell u that easily.So wait little more and follow up too.

Didn't hear about any delays. There may be some problems within the company - Immigration and if so, the company of course won't tell you.
