Which city is best in UAE for employment?

My uae employment has been expire 2009 at that time i didn't have cancel stamp on passport?

    Of course you can NOTcancel an UAE visa in India. Your invalid residence visa needs to be cancelled by the issuing authority in the UAE. I assume your former employer filed an absconding case, cancelled your visa and you are banned as long as this absconding case is pending. Only way you can obtain a new UAE entry permit is to find an amicable solution with your former employer and have the absconding case closed. In case you are not reported as an absconder, you have to send your passport along with a cancellation request to your former employer. After visa cancellation you will receive a ban. Can be 6 - 12 months work ban or a one year Immigration ban on employer's request. Family problems are no reason to get awol.
