I was in UAE 26/12/2006 and left UAE on Emergency.When I wanted to get back to UAE with another company, then now I found out that New Employer cannot issue a Employment Visa for me.How long can UAE put Immigration Ban>?End of the day i didnt commit any serious offence.Why I cannot re enter UAE? And if Abu Dhabi there's a Ban, Can I be able to go to Dubai only?..I hope some one could help.

Answer:
People getting lost while on "emergency" leave are called absconders. Their passports are cancelled and they are blacklisted as long as an absconding case is pending. Absconders are not able to enter the UAE through any port. You may not call it a serious offence when absconding. I do.
