I will also have a Burj Al Arab on an man-made island that I hope Dubai will own. I also want to develop a amusement park called Palm World. I want it to be 10 TIMES BIGGER than Dubailand which will make it the biggest amusement park in the world. The Palm, TX will also have an exact replica of the Burj Khalifa that I want Dubai to own, and t Downtown Palms will look just like Downtown Dubai, but American style. Palms, TX will also have a Palms Hills, which will be like Beverly Hills, but with man-made hills, and other subdivisions, and golf course, ranches, and waterfront gated communities, and other condos and penthouses. Palms, TX will also have the largest aquarium which will be over 3 million sqft, and will be located in Palm World, and man-mades wildlife habitats from all the continents, called earth animals that will also be in Palm World. Another aquarium will be in The Palms Mall too. A total of 22 malls will be in Palms, TX, and multiple Amusement Parks. Everything will be upscale and master-planned. It will have the best schools, colleges, and a University called "Palms University". It will have the best Medical Centers which will have 10 hospitals, doctor offices, dentist offices etc. plus pet hospitals! Palms, TX will have multiple parks too. The beaches will be beautiful and the water will be well filtered, so its not gonna be all muddy and dirty, and the beaches will be refrigerated keeping you cool and comfortable. Palms, TX will also have the worlds biggest fashion week and fashion festival, and will be a fashion designers destination making it even popular than PARIS! Palms, TX will have everything to offer, and I can't wait until it becomes a reality. Also all religious churches will be in Palms, TX.
