What information do I need to send a parcel to Doha, Qatar?

Hi, I would like to send a parcel as a surprise to a friend of mine in Doha, Qatar. I have his P.O Box number and he lives in/near Al Muntazah. Do I need to write Al Muntazah on the package and a zipcode? Or is his name, PO Box number, Doha, and Qatar enough? Thanks

Yes, its really enough for sending the parcel. Doha & Qatar is enough with P O Box Number.

no.. you need to write the actual address of the building along with the phone number and all other important details. EDIT: if it's a small package (not a box) or a little parcel, the PO Box & Doha- Qatar is enough...
