Who was Prophet Muhammad REALLY?

I am an ex Muslim. But I will most certainly revert to Islam if you explain this to me. Go to http://www.wikiislam.com/wiki/Qur%27an,_Hadith_and_Scholars:Muhammad_the_Mass_Murderer Once you go to that website you will see huge list of people assassinated and there is a quotations index on the right side which shows other stuff. I love the Islamic life style, really I do, I love the 5 times prayer, hajj, fasting, all prophets, zam zam, jannah, shahada everything. But I don't get it, there's so many good things and then there are bad things like the mass murder of banu qurayza, and so many other accusations. WHAT!? how can the prophet be like that? Please explain. I'd WANT an answer from H who is the top contributor of the UAE section.

Muhammad is God, in another form - I guess the bad things have a reason for it to happen, like when there are natural disasters, which is Mother Nature trying to balance things out.
