What is a good salary (in AED) for a 28 yr old married man with an MBA in Dubai?

I'm an Indian and am looking forward to joining a Dubai based company. I need this info so that I know how much I should negotiate on the offer. Please include everything in this figure including living expenses (including rent) in a decent-to-posh location in Dubai, food & travel expenses and also weekend partying and eating out in luxurious restaurants etc. Basically I'm looking for a rough estimate as to how much it costs to live comfortably in Dubai. Thank you!
