Labour card Requirements dubai?

I am a new grad engineer from canada who has got a job in dubai.... I am wondering if I can get my labour card using my transcripts attested from foreign affairs canada as well as the consulate in dubai or do they require my degree. I have completed my engineering but my convocation is not for another two months...Hence I cannot get the actual certificate till then..

The rules are offically attested certificates. now, since u have a certificate from canada, and probably, you might be a citizen of canada too, the rules might be relaxed for u. Please check it with your PRO.
