Getting a UK degree attested after having moved to the UAE?

• I'm a Dutch national who has been living in the UK for the last 10 years. I now have been offered a job in Dubai, but they are asking for attested copies of my degree in order to process my residency visa. I'm already living in Dubai. How should I go about getting my degree attested from within the UAE? Do I need to go to the UK embassy? Or do I need to send the degree back to the UK? As my degree is not really relevant to the job I'm doing, can I just say I don't have one to avoid this whole process? I have been trying to find information on this and it's not really clear. Appreciate any info. Thanks

  You must be attested by the UAE Foreign Ministry and before that the British Embassy it will cost you a 50 dhs in the ministry and you will get it next day,or you can bay 100 dha and you will get it after 1 hour,and i have no idea about uk embassy
